All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully recorded.

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of shipment and do not include order processing time. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delivery Destinations
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery to other countries.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are calculated based on your selected delivery method, destination, and total order weight. Free standard delivery is available for orders exceeding a specified amount, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress using our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, additional delivery fees will apply for reshipment.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. For persistent delivery problems, contact our customer service team within 7 days of expected delivery.
