Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return eligible items in accordance with our policy.
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items for a full refund. To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account on our website
- Navigate to your order history
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label
- Package items securely with the return form
- Ship using a trackable method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different patterns or styles of the same item type, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team through the methods available on our website.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Monogrammed or personalized flatware
- Used or damaged merchandise
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale items
- Opened place setting collections
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be returned for store credit unless they are defective.
Gift Returns
Items marked as gifts will receive store credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to the original purchaser.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns.
